Residents of Riamoni in Nyamira County woke up to shock on Sunday morning after the body of a 22-year-old man was discovered inside a house suspected to be operating an illicit alcohol business.

According to local residents, the deceased was found lying motionless inside the premises, prompting alarm and attracting villagers to the scene. The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear, with residents expressing fears that the tragedy could be linked to the illegal brew trade that has long plagued the area.
