The Jubilee Party has stepped up preparations for the 2027 General Election, launching a series of regional engagements aimed at revitalising party structures, strengthening grassroots networks and bringing together prospective candidates.

The latest engagement is taking place in Limuru, where the party is hosting a Mt. Kenya Region Aspirants Strategic Meeting that has brought together politicians seeking to contest various elective positions on the Jubilee Party ticket.

The meeting is being attended by Jubilee presidential hopeful Dr. Fred Matiang’i alongside senior party officials, giving aspirants an opportunity to interact with the party leadership and deliberate on the political landscape in the region.

Discussions are also focused on strengthening party branches, improving grassroots mobilisation and developing a coordinated strategy as Jubilee positions itself ahead of the 2027 electoral contest.

The Limuru meeting is part of a broader effort by the party to reconnect with its grassroots base and engage aspirants early as political parties begin laying the groundwork for the next General Election.
