Jubilee Party Deputy party leader Jeremiah Kioni on Saturday evening hosted a meeting with aspiring leaders from Nyandarua, Laikipia, Nakuru, Murang’a and Nairobi counties at the party’s Command Centre in Ndaragwa Constituency, where discussions focused on strengthening the party’s preparations for the 2027 General Election.

Kioni described the gathering as a vibrant “bonfire conversation” that brought together Jubilee aspirants committed to advancing the party’s agenda and expanding its grassroots presence.

According to Kioni, the meeting reaffirmed confidence in Jubilee Party as a political movement with a proven record of governance, citing achievements in infrastructure development, expansion of education, improved healthcare, economic growth and national unity during its time in government.

He said the party remains focused on presenting what it considers a competent, inclusive and transformational leadership alternative ahead of the next elections.

Kioni also reiterated Jubilee’s support for its presidential candidate, Dr. Fred Matiang’i, saying the party is united behind his bid for the presidency. He described Matiang’i as a leader whose record in public service, integrity and results-oriented leadership positions him as a credible alternative for Kenya’s future.

The meeting forms part of Jubilee Party’s ongoing efforts to mobilise leaders and supporters across the country as political parties intensify early preparations for the 2027 General Election.
