Arrow Bwoy knocked down in a boxing match.

Kenyan musician Arrow Bwoy was handed a technical knockout defeat by Uganda’s Shakib Cham during the headline celebrity boxing contest at the Vurugu 2 event held at the Sarit Expo Centre in Nairobi on Saturday night.

The highly anticipated East African showdown attracted a lively crowd, with fans from both countries turning up to witness the much-publicized clash. The fight lived up to its billing early on, but Shakib gradually took control, overwhelming the Kenyan singer with a series of punches that forced the referee to stop the contest.

The stoppage handed the Ugandan businessman and reality television personality a memorable victory on Kenyan soil, capping off weeks of intense build-up and social media exchanges between the two celebrities.

Organized by Oga Obinna, Vurugu 2 combined boxing and entertainment, featuring several bouts and performances by top artists. The Arrow Bwoy-Shakib fight was the main attraction and drew significant attention across East Africa.
