Dr. Fred Matiang’i today visited Ichuni Ward MCA Wycliffe “Embande” Siocha at a hospital in Kisii County, where the ward representative is recovering following a recent attack. Matiang’i spent time with the MCA and his family, expressing concern about his condition and wishing him a quick recovery.
